Yesterday, January 6th, I took the day off from the gym. I did walk almost 14,000 steps. Didn't reach my goal of 15,000. It's okay. The body needs rest and recovery. I walked almost 6.5 miles. That's definitely not being lazy!
This morning I lifted weights for half a hour. I'm working a midday shift, so I'm sure I'll do a lot of walking today. Hope to hit the gym after work.
