I'm back

It's been awhile. I'm still out exercising. I'm constantly moving. I may not always reach my step goal or go to the gym, but I'm always doing something.
With the weather about to get warmer, I'll just exercise outdoors more.

Rest...Not Really

Today was a rest day. Very busy day at work. I'm exhausted. Bought a combination pizza from Mountain Mike's. No beer. Just one Sprite. I was going to go to the gym after dinner. Think I'll go to bed early and go in the morning. 
Update after midnight...
I lifted for 25 minutes. Good workout.

A Little Bit At A Time

The day before on the 9th I lifted for half a hour.
Yesterday, the 10th, I ran a mile and a half, walked 20 minutes on the treadmill, and used the seated starir stepper. 
I also had a few beers and pizza rolls. I needed it.

Rest, Sort Of

Today was a very busy day. Worked a midday shift, did laundry afterwards and went to one of my old stores to say hello to old friends. I was chatting with old friends for almost two hours. It cut into my workout time, but that's okay. I guess the good Lord wanted me to rest. I did walk almost four and a half miles. About 9,300 steps. As of right now I'm waiting to go inside Planet Fitness and get my workout started for January 9th.

Rise and Shine

Yesterday, January 6th, I took the day off from the gym. I did walk almost 14,000 steps. Didn't reach my goal of 15,000. It's okay. The body needs rest and recovery. I walked almost 6.5 miles. That's definitely not being lazy!
This morning I lifted weights for half a hour. I'm working a midday shift, so I'm sure I'll do a lot of walking today. Hope to hit the gym after work.

I walked over 15,000 steps. That's almost 7.5 miles.

Early Workout

Went to bed the night before at 10:30pm. I never go to bed that early. I woke up at 3:15 am. I eventually hit the weights for a half hour workout. Then I headed over to the gym to walk/run. I ran a whole forty minutes straight for two and a half miles! I feel great! 
Now it's time for breakfast and a shower, then a long day at work. Looks like I'll be in bed early again. Until next time.

No Gym, No Problem

Today was a long busy day. I worked a early shift at work, so I couldn't go to the gym before work. However I did lift weights for half a hour beforehand. I walked a total of over 20,000 steps, which is 9.5 miles. When I have numbers like that, I don't panic about not going to the gym.
It's 10pm. Another long day awaits.
