Today was a long busy day. I worked a early shift at work, so I couldn't go to the gym before work. However I did lift weights for half a hour beforehand. I walked a total of over 20,000 steps, which is 9.5 miles. When I have numbers like that, I don't panic about not going to the gym.
It's 10pm. Another long day awaits.
