January 3rd Workout

I got my workout in at 2am. I have weights here at the house and I focused on arms, shoulders and upper back. I worked with dumbbells for half a hour. 
Later in the day, around sunset, I went for a half hour walk to get some fresh air. There was a chill in the air, not in a uncomfortable way, but it was tolerable. I walked near my gym. After my walk I went inside and tried to workout amongst the Resolutioners. It was 5pm, and the gym was packed. Normally I avoid the gym between 5pm and 8pm. It's a mad house at any gym I've belonged to around those times stated. Since I did a outdoor walk, I went on a treadmill and walked for 25 minutes at 2.5 mph and no incline. After that I went to this seated stair stepper type machine for twenty minutes. This machine needs WD-40 as it squeaks loudly throughout the gym. It gets irritating after a while. Then I moved on to the stationary bike for twenty minutes. To help occupy the time, I'm reading a book about Bo Jackson. 
I'm on day three of no alcohol for 100 days. My next drink will be on my birthday on April 8th. Normally I go to the store and start drinking beer when I get home. This time I ate dinner and I'll probably do a second lifting session later tonight.
